Complete mindbody healing is possible for you right now, in this moment. Yes, you have the power within you to heal every wounded part of your being no matter how painful or overwhelming the circumstances appear to be. There is a power within you that can move mountains, and this healing frequency is available within you right now. You have access to that special knowledge inside you that knows how to heal your life. The big question is, “Are you ready and willing to dive inside and let go of your victim story about it all?” Healing yourself begins with stepping back from this sad, victimized story inside and knowing you can perceive it all in a new light.

There is a brave healing warrior inside you who can peer deep into the darkest parts of yourself and meet with those neglected, abandoned and unlovable aspects that need to be accepted, embraced and welcomed. When you welcome a part that is holding onto a trauma you are telling it that it's lovable. When any part of ourselves knows that its lovable, everything changes within it. It no longer can hold onto it's story of separation from the Divine Love of the Universal Source. There is a state of full acceptance in this welcoming energy where you can embrace the totality of your existence.

You and your wounds are not alone in this Universe. Every human being on this planet has some type of pain inside them. Whether it's physical, emotional or psychological there is some trauma somewhere inside all of us. When you look inside, where do you feel is the deepest pain you hold inside your body? This pain may be severe or subtle, yet is usually hidden beneath the surface. If you cannot see it, notice where you tend to defend or protect yourself in your relationships. Where do you toughen or hide from others (or yourself) whenever the conversation relates to something uncomfortable from your past? Perhaps you had a broken heart from your first love, or your mom or dad said something very mean in an angry voice when you were just a child. When you can find the wall protecting you from getting hurt again, you're very close to finding the gate to go inside the wound and truly heal this old trauma.

When you find where you are walled off and shut down inside, simply imagine this hard wall getting softer and more water-like. Then take one step into this mushy wall and merge with it. Become the wall that has been protecting you. It can seem more painful in the beginning, yet it will get easier. Keep merging with your wall until you can feel all the deepest wound inside. Let yourself cry, scream, shout out loud and truly release this energy from your bodymind. Keep venting out the energy until there is nothing left. Literally nothing but pure emptiness left inside you. When you reach this place of pure stillness and total inner peace in the very center of your pain, you have found the goldmine of healing within you.
