From the confidence a child gains when a teacher gives special recognition to the way I feel when a stranger performs a random act of kindness on my behalf, the world is a better place when we lift up one another. In David McNally and Mac Anderson’s book Even Eagles Need a Push you’ll find inspirational stories about how kindness can change lives. I hope the excerpt I’ve selected to share with you today will inspire you to offer your own encouragement to others. So as you go about your day, think about the power of your words and the influence of your actions. Go ahead and be an inspiration to those around you.
